While the beautiful colors of fall always seem to make the perfect scene for family portraits, the portraits are that much better when the family is just as beautiful…and fun, too! Just look at these smiles, folks! Gorgeous! Tanner, Gracie, and Ethan (the triplets) were so much fun to photograph! They were so into it, helped me find the perfect locations, and even carried my gear. Now that’s pretty awesome!:)
We took these pictures behind their house near the woods. It looks like an incredibly fun place to be a kid…building club houses, riding the golf cart on the trails, tons of room to play…so fun! I’m so proud of these shots…but let’s be honest, these guys made it easy on me! We started off right in their front yard. I could tell everyone was a little confused about why we weren’t heading straight into the woods. Well, the light, as you can see below, was just so perfect! We did have a mail truck pass through one of the shots, but no biggie! Then we marched over (kids carrying my gear! yes!) to this open field with these tall, skinny pine trees. Steve said they had cleared all the brush out of there a few years ago (I mentioned how jealous Forrest would be that he did not get to help…that man loves clearing some brush!!) and these trees were all that was left. I thought it made a great location to get the triplets “running around the frame”…a fun little trick I like! And after we finished a few more shots in and around the woods (the b/w of Gracie, and the one with Steve and Ethan and the tree were art directed by Ethan!), we returned to the deck of their house to play “funny face photo booth”, which as you can see, the triplets did an awesome job at! Agnellos: you guys are so much fun and I hope we can do this again soon!:) Enjoy!
