I don’t know about you, but I love babies! So photographing newborns is just tops in my book! (yes, I said “tops” like this is 1920 or something). I love their little cries, their crazy hair (or bald heads in some cases!), and how they can just snuggle up and pass out anywhere. Makes me want another!
I was so stinkin’ excited to meet Rita since I had the pleasure of taking her mom, Marianna’s preggo pics a few months prior. At the time, no one knew if Rita was a Rita – they chose to be surprised (LOVE that! We were surprised with both of ours!).
Marianna and I exchanged pregnancy stories and I became convinced that we were “pregnancy soul mates”…pregnancy treated us about the same…although if you’d see her pictures, she had the “glow” and I just had the “grow” (as in fat!). haha!
When I got the text that Rita had arrived and she was a Rita, I was super-excited! Girls are so much fun! Although only days old, Miss Rita’s wardrobe puts mine to shame! Cutest outfits ever, plus the added bonus of that precious thick mohawk to add clips to – we’ve got a fashionista on our hands!
Looking forward to visiting Rita and her awesome parents in two weeks for her 3 month portraits! Yikes! It goes so fast! Enjoy the pics of this sweet little peanut!
