Sam’s mom put in the scouting work for this senior portrait session! All three of us — me, Sam, and his mom — had ideas we wanted to bring to life for this session. Thanks to her scouting missions, we were able to pull it all off only a few miles from their house. Sam is a volunteer fire fighter, so his station generously brought one of their trucks to a perfect open-sky hilltop location. It was also important to Sam to get some pictures with his big green Chevy truck, mom wanted some fall colors, and I wanted some dramatic sun-soaked and sunset shots. I’m about an hour from Mount Pleasant, so having his mom text me a bunch of pictures of possible locations, see where the light was, and coordinate the trucks really made this entire session possible. I think we even finished in less than 2 hours. Sam was a great sport and did an amazing job. So photogenic! Best wishes, Sam!
